Thanks for your help, but thats not it. I used to have it but lost it and cant rememebr its name. It was by stardock.com. It was like a purpule program, with optioans such as to start at start up, themes, login screens, and boot screens. eatch menu lead to which screen i should load. And i think the icon of that program was 3 dots. I need it mainly to change my login screen and its not LogonScreen. I think htere is anotehr program that does it cause some of these downlaods needs that program and LogonScreen does not help much.

Never mind people, i found it, it was called style XP. thanks for trying to help.
