Can not move Icons after installation

Recently tried to install fences version 1, on a windows 11 pro, 24h2 version OS but after installation I am unable to move the icons into the fences created. Here are some steps I've taken so far:

  • uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times
  • configured so fences are not locked
  • tried changing different versions of a windows desktops screen saver
  • logging in and out
  • rebooting multiple time. 

Nothing has been successful, any assistance will be helpful. Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unfortunately, from what I understand Fences v1 is not compatible with Windows 11. Please try Fences v6 and see if you have the same issue.
