I purchased Fences 5 last year and I had to update to Fences 6 as wasn't working with Windows 11 correctly, will I have to pay subscription again? I am coming to the end of my free trial on Fences 6

I am a little bit confuse, when you purchased Fences 5, was is permanent license or subscription? If it was subscription, than if you renew your subscription this year, I believe your activation key should also work on Fences 6. But, if you on Permanent license Fences 5, you will need to purchase a new license for Fences 6.

Sorry to confuse, I have had Fences 5 for years and had paid my subscription I believe was a one off payment. When I had a new laptop with Windows 11, I had to download again but Fences 5 wasn't working properly, I couldn't move icons from Fence to Fence. I was told by support to do a free trial on Fences 6 to see if fixes this and it did, I also asked at the time will I have to pay again and they said they were unsure.
