Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try installing Deskscapse in Sandbox. Refer here for details: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1416495121/Testing+DeskScapes+in+Sandbox. Try it and report back.

Also, report back with some details.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Deskcapes 11 full version installed.
  3. Did you have previous Deskscapes version installed in this system before Installing Deskscapes 11?
  4. Have you tried updating video codec?

This would typically indicate a damaged .net install on your computer as it would be showing the activation popup at that point.
