I'm on windows 10 and use OldNewExplorer to have it as close to windows 7 as possible. Is there a way to change this 'Open' icon from the bland flat windows 10 look using iconpackager? It's really an eye sore. Attached pic shows which icon I mean.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know there is no such option in IconPackager to change that icon specifically.
