Don't want taskbar on secondary monitor

Hi all. I reinstalled Windows, and I thought I had all my settings saved, but I just plugged in my secondary monitor for the first time, and I DON'T want a taskbar at all showing up on my 2nd monitor. I don't see that option in my Start11. I just see Show taskbar buttons on Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open, All taskbars, and Taskbar where window is open. I swear I had it set to have no taskbar at all on my secondary monitor before. Is that a Start11 setting that I'm missing, or is it a Windows setting?
