Isn't there supposed to be a "pin to Start11" option in taskbar items?

I installed Start11 on a new computer yesterday and I swear that there used to be an option to right click running programs in the taskbar and pin them to the menu. But right now all I see is "pint to taskbar" and "close window". Was I hallucinating? I can still do it when I type a program's name and right click it from start menu search, just not this. It's weird.

On further reflection I think maybe I am hallucinating and it was never like that.
