Sorry to hear you are having issues. Few questions.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get this numbers.
  2. Is the issue appear only on this specific application, or with multiple other applications?
  3. Start11 Enhance taskbar turn on or off?

It is only BitWarden that has this problem.
