I have not watched the clip yet, so take this as a response to the description rather than to the footage.
Counters to massed armour are the easy half of a demonstration. Anything that reliably deletes a tank blob is going to look good in thirty seconds. What that does not tell you is the price. What the counter costs to field, how long it takes to get onto the map, and what happens to the player who committed to it when the enemy army turns out to be something else.
In Escalation my own armour balls rarely died because the other player found the correct answer in the moment. They died because I had put an entire economy into one shape and then had to fight the shape that beat it. The decision that mattered was upstream of the fight by several minutes.
So what I would want from one of these is the losing side's reasoning rather than the winning side's execution. Show me the player who committed to tanks and why that was defensible at the time he committed.
That may be asking a two minute video to be something it was never meant to be, and I am aware I am asking for homework rather than highlights. But a weapon working is the least surprising thing in a real time strategy game.
