Happy Rosh HaShana (New Year) to All

To all my family here Happy Rosh HaShana...which doesn't really correspond to January first, but rather to the Creation. Here's a quick guide to the customs, etc. surrounding the holiday...just to help you understand what we do...this is a holiday with nothing but happiness {hint: all the honey that gets gobbled). And food. Don't forget the food! This year the holiday falls on the Sabbath. More goodies!!!

Anyhow, there's no such thing as a free lunch: In nine days we get to starve ourselves on Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement)...but none of that here! Just the Happiness which starts tonight. Speaking of which, this guy is off to help the preparations (we have guests coming) and sneaking nibbles!!!
