Is there any way to hide every civilizations' symbols (and their associated planet names) on the Main map?
No mod needed for that one. Open the Strategic View Settings panel and look under Object Visibility.
Switching off Habitable Planets there takes the planet labels off the main map, and those labels are what carry the owner's symbol and the planet name. Dead Planets is a separate toggle if you want those gone as well.
It hides the planet icons along with the names, so it is all or nothing rather than names only.
meh, but I don't want planet in map gone, I can't counquer it or colonise when I don't see orb :/, I want just name of planet and civ symbols gone, not the white object itself to counquer or colonise
