Taskbar Skin/IE skin different.. AARRGGHHH!!!! (WINDOWBLINDS)

I apologize if this subject has already been addressed.. I looked and did not see what I was looking for... I have have Object Desktop since 09/03 and have never had this porblem until about 2-3 weeks ago... I am now very frustrated (to say the least)

When I try to change a Windowblinds skin (all options are set correctly) the taskbar skinning and the IE (or the rest of the computer programs) skinning is different.... I have tried everything... I thought that it had to do with Windows SP2 (but I recently bought a newe tower and did not install Windows SP 2) I have still having this problem..

I am soooo hoping that someone has a fix for this already in place.. I have pulled so many hairs out, I only have 3 hairs left.... > > >

Open windowblinds configuration click user overrides look for xp overrides

Yes, this has been done... I appreciate your assistance... Like I said, I am not doing anything new, do not have any new programs installed that could cause something like this... it just does not make sence??? Now down to 2 hairs... ()
