Newbie to Style XP

Hi,
I just installed Style XP and Windowblinds last night and have foole w/ style xp a little. Looks pretty cool really. I am a traditional theme artist and was thinking of building some themes for these newer programs but am kind of clueless at the moment. lol. I have been looking around and noticed that most of the themes do not seem all inclusive. There are links to go get this object or that Wallpaper. Why is that? If I create these, I want them to be all inclusive for my users. As a User myself, I find it a pain to go around collecting theme elements. That's why I want the theme, to have everything in one/ together. What do I really need to make an all inclusive theme for my users? What programs I mean? I have plenty of Graphics and Graphics programs.
Also, a silly question maybe... In the theme previews that came w/ the program... there are thumbnails of them w/ Wallpaper, Where is it? lol.

Ok, first off...it's not really wise to have both Windowblinds and StyleXP installed on the same machine, it might give you errors down the road. Second, finding different elements to the skin is 3/4's of the fun, but if you want all inclusive themes, you need WinStyles.
