Object dock, and animated ICONS

Can you have and animated icon as your docked item icon? I have one of the MSN animated icons, when i try to it for my picture,,, it shows up all garbage,, but if i add an animated icon, it will work but i cant add a "file" to it,,,,, the only two animated icons i have right now are the globe and msn thingy,,, would like the animated msn dude as the only icon i have for msn,,,, Possible?

thanks

I can't answer the first question for you, but as for the double posting.
Some glitch is causing that for some users. Write T-Man and he should be able to correct it for you.

AndreasV...

I tried that one, but for some reason, when the animation loads it is just all scibble lines, no animation,,, now that is if i load it as a shortcut, if i just load the animated icon with no shortcut attached it runs normally..... i just gotta be doing something wrong but i cant figure it out.
pictoratus: thanks for the tip on my double posting

You'll need to add the animated shortcut docklet first to your dock and then configure that one to use the animated icon.
Hope that helps

I think i must missing something,,, i know i cant be this stupid

this is what i have done: 1)added the simple animated docket
Problem: when i click the docket with the spinning globe, all i can do is change the image to another animated icon, i can not associate a shortcut with it.

2)added a new shortcut
Problem: I can change the image to anything, however if i use an animated icon, it shows up as scribbly lines.

3)added the simple animated docket (thinking i needed the docket to load animated icons as shortcuts)
Problem: it didnt work...

i could be missing something but i just done know what...
thanks for helping
