Control Programs on startup

I'm looking for a program that controls what loads on startup.
I saw one not long ago, but now I cannot find it, if anyone knows of such a program, please point me in the right direction, thanks.

There is a great one on your system. Its called msconfig. Open run from the start menu and type that name.

If you use the freeware program Spybot-Search & Destroy, it has a very good tool built in for managing your Startup, much better than MSCONFIG, in my opinion. You can find it by running Spybot in advanced mode, in the tools section. It will not only allow you to see whats in your startup configuration, it will even give you a description of what most of the items are and what the effects will be of removing the items. It allows you to Selectively disable items at startup or completely delete them if you know for sure you don't need them. And it doesn't give you that annoying XP nag screen that will pop up after using MSCONFIG.
