how to go xp?

hi i have a windows ME i got my little start bar to look like a xp one but how can i make my hole computer look like it like a hle theme or scheme. i want like when there is a message box i want it to be blue and rould liek a windos xp and i want all my icons like a xp style anyone no how i can do this thx anthony B

I'm sorry I don't think you can get your icons to look like XP icons. XP icons allow the use of alpha transparency on the icons. It allows drop shadows and edge smoothing. It was available only with the XP operating system.

i know not everyone can afford to just drop their OS and buy a new one, but.. i urge you get off of ME.

that thing should not have been allowed to leave the factory.
