No. Most programs are shareware. Some are free. At the top of each section you will find a link where you can read more about the program.

All the skin content here is free for personal use, which means you may freely download it to apply to your own System, however no rights are extended to you to alter and/or redistribute these skins for public use without express prior permission.

The programs might be shareware (mostly from Stardock) but their dresses here are free (as long as you don''t grow over 50mb big).

... and if that happens, all you need ot do is purchase a stardock product and crossreference your account and its all free again.

what about wallpapers? can i download a wallpaper from www.wincustomize.com and use part of the wallpaper for a website? if not please dont hurt me for asking i need your help

You would need permission to use everything posted here for anything other than personal use.

Website usage is public distribution, as the images are essentially 'downloaded' by each visitor's computer [in cache]...and therefore is NOT 'private use' and would require specific permission...

cool wow you guys are great. i found a nice picture here that i want to use but it seems the last time he updated his wallpaper was 2003 so i doubt ill get a response. does anyone know any good sites that offer free web templates? i already tried searching google for
"freeware, art, graphics" and came up with a bunch of noob sites. i would do the graphic designing myself but im sort of busy with becoming a cyberathlete and something happened with my adobe photoshop cd
