I'm fairly new to computing.i really like everybodies work here ! I would like to get into this kind of art work but dont have a clue what i need. If some one would please e-mail me what upgrades and programs i would need for my P.O.S. dell
2400. I would be eternally greatful

PaintshopPro or Photoshop are the main programs for creating stuff. That and lots of practice

The only thing I would recommend pc wise is plenty of memory, 512Mb should be a minimum for making life easy, though they will run on much less of course.
