I'm trying to get permission from stardock to create a bootskin Editor (Which is already doing great progress. Went from Ver 0.0.1 to 0.4.5 in 6 days) and have been mailing people here and there but get no reply. Can Any one please tell me where to go for a permission or i dont need one at all.

btw I Should present that its a 100% Freeware.

Espacially that 100MB+ .NET Framework
