Problem with sysmetrix weather polling

Anybody have any ideas why I might be getting this error message when trying to poll the weather?

Parsing Error - Incompatible Data Format: HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Content-type: text/html
Content-length: 58

Bad RequestBad Request Bad Request

I just got a new Dell computer and this never happen on my other computers.

Which version of Sysmetrix do u get ? i had the same kind or error message with V3 i think when i entered a wrong code for local Metar Code
