Site Trouble, is it just me...

I am having to constantly refresh the page, I am getting server errors everytime I try to change pages here and have to refresh multiple times to get the page to come up. Just me? I rashly deleted all of my themes from the site and have been trying to upload them again but get that server error page when I click submit and clicking refresh there only gets me a whole new error. Maybe I don't need to reupload them, maybe the staff knows how to undo my delets maybe please
