File cannot open

everytime i download anything off the site i get a message that file cannot open and it makes me pick a program to open it with. what should i do?

Download the program associated with the downloaded skin/theme. With the exception of wallpapers, everything here needs a program to be used. WndowBlinds skins need the WindowBlinds program, and so on......... the links to the program are near the top of each page in the libraries.

Make sure you ALSO have WinZip [http://www.winzip.com] or similar program as well, just in case you're new and trying to open a zip file without a zipping program.
