Hey guys i have a dell computer that has xp home on it, i just put pro on it and now my usb 2.0 is gone! im sure it is something with the operating system, i have installed home and pro many times on it, home works but pro doesnt. Is there a USB 2.0 driver that is "Universal" If there is PLEASE let me know Thanks

Hmm...perhaps you need to update your drivers. Check windows update...there might be some stuff on there you need to update.

go to the Dell site and update your drivers for the XP Pro os...
