Odd ratings.

I looking at Screenshots ratings. Why are they going down?

I don't rate skins & etc. Who rates the skins? This seems odd to me.

Anyone with a Level 4 or higher user level can rate, and that privledge can be (and has been in the past) abused.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've just looked at the Screenshot section and we do appear to have someone 'misbehaving'.

I'm just about to go out so I can't deal with this now. Tomorrow I'll go through the section and sort things out. The person responsible will also be sorted
