SoftD iconset for Iconpackager diplays corrupted egdes when applied?

I downloaded the excellent SoftD icoset for Iconpackager. When previewd in iconpachager seems fine, but when applied to the system, the icons seem to have corrupted edges. Its the only iconset that does that, I have tried several. Iconpackager version used 2.5 Enchanced. Please help

That set only has 2 formats. 16x16, and 32x32. If you have your icons set to anything larger, they will appear jagged, because there's no anti-aliasing or alpha-transparency used.

its jagged on 32 Kosanti. I seen this from the settings-icon size setting in icon packager
