bootskin windows xp startup problem

I have installed and replace my windowsxp boot-up screen with the use of bootskin and use one of bootskin bootup screen, the problem is windows xp do not start up properly. Can you please help me with my problem?

Same as everyone else probably, machine can only boot into safe mode, when attempting to boot "normally" the machine goes into a restart loop... there are a LOT of people with this problem, seems nobody's ("officially" anyway) talking about it.. nothing from Stardock.. pity.
