I did run QNX within 98 in VMWare on XP Pro once.....but that was just plain silly....

what's vmware?

It's a program that let's you run 'Virtual machines' on your system. And you can install pretty much any Operating system on them.
So as in Jafo's screenshot there, he's using XP, but he has Windows 98 running on the virtual machine.
