Skinning Word Scrollbars

For some reason my Word and Publisher scrollbars are not skinned anymore. I have downloaded the latest version of WB, but this has not helped. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

Download the latest free version or the latest purchased version?
Scrollbars among a few other things are not skinned in the freeware version. This keeps the purchased version a bit more enticing for those whole want everything skinned. The freeware version is a great way to test out the program though.

Keila ...... jar1979 is a level 3 user, so he must have purchased something. He says the scrollbars aren't skinned anymore, which leads one to believe they were skinned at some point. He also says he has downloaded the latest version of WB. /me thinks Keila needs more coffee.

jar1979.. you may want to contact [email protected].

/me does not see levels like Koasati does. She only sees Citizen.
I did miss the "anymore" part though.

My paintshop toolbars have aren't being skinned either. I am running the latest beta. Just wondering if you are as well jar1979. I thought it was a beta thing, thats why I ask.

Sorry Keila, I was under the impression that anyone could see the user level if they viewed the profile.

My Word scrollbars aren't skinned either, but I don't recall for sure if they ever were. Excel scrollbars are not skinned, but the ones in Outlook are.

I want to say they never have been skinned for Word.

I don't have 'only skin controls for themeaware apps' checked either.

Thanks for your responses so far. Unfortunately, I still can't get the the scrollbars skinned.

I've written to Stardock support and will post whatever answer they give...if it works
