How to install Icon Package files

I've downloaded a pack called "d3A big pack", and when i load it on iconpackage, nothing appears.
can someone please help me? thank you.

two questions,

1.) are you seeing the name of the package listed in your skins list but no preview pic?

2.) when you clicked on "install new package" and then "install from disk", did it install with the error msg, no package in folder?, if it did, try that process again, but this time when you click install from disk, go into the themes directory, look for the folder that should contain your ip theme, and see if there's another folder inside. if there is,click on that and the ip theme should be within the second folder and should now show up on your themes list.

1) yes.
2) when i clicked on install from disk, there are no .ip themes. i've gone through every single folder, but there are no files to use.

would it be that i'd have to install every single icon on my own? i hope not.... thanks for the help anyway.

nope it should automaticly install the ip theme into your skins list.
you aren't seeing any icon preview but are seeing the name of the ip listed?... have you tried clicking the "load" button and the "apply" button in sequence?
and nothing happens?
I'm confused that there are folders in your themes folder that are all empty. I occasionally have a folder that appears to not contain an ip theme,. but usually it's just a simple matter of looking inside that folder for a second folder with an ip theme inside it.

how are you downloading your themes? via internet explorer? or via stardock central or wincustomize browser?
if via IE,
try right clicking on the dl link, and save as into a folder on either desktop or in c:\, and call the folder "download". once you have the folder saved in to that specific spot, when you open ip, and click install from disk, you find that folder within the dropdown menu that appears within the explorer window. click on the ip pack you want to install, and it should appear in your skins list.
if it isn't, you might have an issue with downloading. do you use a firewall application? is it allowing you to download things off the web?
you might have to change your settings to accept dl's from wincustomize.
