Where do I go if I want someone to make me a customized skin?

Hi!

I have just got windowsblinds and I think it is awesome! The possibilities that it opens. I have tried to find a skin that is star-and-moon influenced but I have found even one. Now.. to whom do I have to talk to if I would like someone else to do it? Do I just post a message here and hope for the best? If someone please would be so kind and tell me who to contact or where to go I would appriciate it very much!

You can Always Make Your Own.
About 15 months ago, I did'nt know a thing about skining when I found WB, But i Got SkinStudio and tried. and Made this
