I remember Kaleidoscope...I used to go there every week to check out what was new. There was alot of originality over there. Takashi Izawa was my favorite skinner for Kaleidoscope. Also APB...now part of DuoPixels with Jalentorn, made Kaleidoscope Schemes back in the day.
Back then in my opinion, I would have to say that Kaleidoscope was far better than WindowBlinds as per EyeCandy so to speak. I am not knocking WindowBlinds because there were some great Blinds back then too, like Earl Johnson...I just love that Taxi cab feel to it. Thug Life by Praxxis was great with the silver and LCD look! DavidK made a Funky one called Dark Marble. Win3000 was another favorite of mine that was made by Professor(did I spell his name right?).
The list goes on and on, and I havent event mentioned people like Allen Bond, Decoder, Dangeruss, CRUMBUT, Shawn Murdock, Mercury,...Oh yeah and Brad made some too.


Oops...Forgot to mention Treetog, but really I could add great people all day to this list...but I think I will stop...

mm, my unegemackated opinion is, those skins on that link look no different than any number of older WB, LS and or WinAMP skins from a few years ago....
