help me please

my computer crashed and i had to start from the begining. I have reinstalled my windowblinds. that i bought but now wincustomize is seeing my at level 2 instead of level 3 what have i failed to reinstall. i never realized that i had so many programs on my computer..lisa

you need to sync your email address with Stardock, that's all it takes..

Which can be done on your account page (Edit account - Cross Reference with your Stardock Account.)

If you were previously at a level 3 user status, then the reinstallation of Windowblinds would have no effect on the account level. The programs themselves send absoloutely no information back to this website, so even if you removed them entirely, you should still be level 3.

Yeah, this is what I thought to, so the original question didn't make sense to me. Rather, it is impossible. If you were at level 3, you couldn't be bumped down to a level 2 just for uninstalling the programs. I smell a rat.

But,If this is somehow true though, I would suggest that the User contact an admin or Stardock support, and verify purchases that would coincide with a level 3 user.
