Why isn't my skin getting authorized?

I have uploaded a skin about a week and a half ago. It didn't get authorized, not denied. It's just sitting there... :-/ I "updated" it couple of days ago to see if, maybe, your site had a brain fart and just missed my DX theme but still no luck. Can some mod explain to me why my theme is not being authorized?
