I downloaded BoXXi's MoBo windowblind and im kinda com illiterate. I cant open it or apply it. it says i need to know what program created it so it can open. Help please, i really like it!

Actually, to use my skins you will need the following.....:

1. A rubber mallet

2. A fishing licence

3. some spoons

4. A sense of humour

5. Three bagels

Note: Do not use this theme if you have a green carpet in the same room as your computer.
