boot problem :(

i dont know how to use the bootskin i downloaded
it say brown.bootskin
but i can't open it it say something like

.open with
what do i do ?

About Dashboard

With Dashboard you can skin the 'Today Page' with the skin of your choice, on your PocketPC.

and if it is this well i don't understand what it mean

oh and you know when i use desktop widget or object
when i close the computer and restart it are the object still gonna be here?
or i'll have to turn desktopX again?

If you save your theme the Objects will be there.

and Dashboard is for people who have a PocketPC with WinCE. If you dont have a pocketPC you dont need dashboard.

and is you want to create your own Bootskins try the Bootskin Editor- Its Free and simple http://www.geocities.com/uzair_skinner_sajid/wc/index.html

Its a Beta so might give glitches.
