After XP SP2 Tablet Input Panel fails to work correctly when using blinds

I have installed XP SP2 on my Tosh Tablet and now I cannot use Blinds as it does not display the tablet inoput panel correcty - Justy about works but slow if its doecked to the bottom but cannot access floating input at all. Works fine with Blinds unloaded

I had the same problem however i think cursor xp was causing the problem (not WB) b/c when i unloaded it the TIP worked again.
