What program was used for this?

I recently saw this desktop posted on a thread and I'd love to have it. Can anyone tell me what program and/or theme this person is using? http://img27.exs.cx/img27/6268/untitled433.jpg

In addition I also have a few gmail accounts if anyone wants them. Many thanks in advance

Looks like photoshop. As for the character in the scene, it kinda resembles a 3d character AND a photo...Not entirely sure there.

I wouuld say DesktopX or Litestep for the desktop and the text shortcuts, and Objetbar for the taskbar.

Hum, that button on the left in the taskbar looks to me like it could be a Start button. Litestep does Start menus?

basically the popup menu in LS is a free floating startup menu..you can set a button in the lower leftside to popit up as well..

basically you can take L.S and make a duplicate of windows default shell.. but why ?

Because you can...like with Calmira you can make that perfectly ordinary Win 3x look like that perfectly ordinary Win9x...

There's even a Theme out there....I think Frogboy created it, that'll let you skin your XP machine to work like WFW3.11

It could also be Talisman, as well or any iof the shell replacements.

That would be REALLY easy to do in Desktop X, its just text links, a wallpaper and a simple taskbar object.

My "Gridscape" theme could be converted to this in no time at all.

the only thing is the clock object - that would have to be done in scripts (and yes ...pretty easily too) to get the larger/smaller text for hours but all the clock objects i seem to see are the stardock plugin ones. hey maybe i should try it...
