Do I need a program for my objectbar to work?

I have downloaded a objectbar. But i dont have the program to make it work. iF you ppl no the link can u plz tell me.

on the page where you downloaded it, look towards the top, there should be a link to the download site

and once you download it (the application) then you need to install (run) it.

Once installed you will be the man.
