I DOWNLOADED A SKIN, BUT IT WONT WORK, IT KEEPS ASKING IF I WANT IE TO FIND A PROGRAM TO RUN IT

in english...all skins (files) need a proggy (program) to apply with or to (to use)

Look near the top of the page, in the library where you downloaded the skin. You'll find links to help you, as well as a link to the program needed to use the skin.

Generally, a 'skin' is a series of images intended to be applied to a program, or applied with a program.

Eg, Windowblinds skins require Windowblinds [the program] to apply them to your windows to change their appearance.

What program you need depends on what section you downloaded it from.

What section did you download it from? What exactly is the extention of the file you downloaded?

Here is a short but not extensive list:

if it is a zip file, unzip and see what's in there.  The library that you download from names the program needed (that is why they are broken up that way)
