Not sure which weather object you've got, but have you tried typing in (your city, Israel) instead of the code. I know I have one that it works on ~for Australia. If your city is a smallish one, ...try the nearest major city to you.

If I'm wrong, btw, ... there are people here who will know the answer, but atm, its a quieter time for the boards... things will pick up in a few hours.

Good luck

Go to www.weather.com, then type your City, Country in the textbox where it says "Enter city or US zip". If you get more than one result, click on the appropriate one.  Then once your weather information shows up, look in your browser's address bar, after the last slash and before the question mark there is a 8 letters code.  For example, for Jerusalem, this is the weather.com address: http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/local/ISXX0010?from=search_city.
ISXX0010 is your code.
Enter that code when the weather DX object asks you for your zip code.
