I'm a beginner, please help me

Hi all,

I've completely fallen in love with this desktop:

I've tried out the DockBar and it's nice, though I have no single clue on how to add that grass effect or where to find icons like that. I've searched through Wincustomize but haven't found anything resembling to that piece. Please help me or I'll go completely crazy

Download, and unzip into your ObjectDock/Backgrounds folder, then in your ObjectDock configuration, select "Grass" as your background.
