Object Dock Plus Beta

I updated to the latest Object Dock Plus Beta, and it disabled all of my docklets. Is there something I can do about this? Maybe revert back to a previous version? Thanks.

Always read the History link before installing an update, especially betas....

1.04h beta

-Gutted and rebuilt image handling code
-More thread synchronization protection
-Different compiler options
-Integrated exception handler added to report crashes and
email them along with your dock ini files
-Docklets recompiled
-GDIPlus.dll update for Windows 2000 (Windows XP users should have
this as part of Windows update, as its not installed with the
dock on XP)
-Updated weather docklet to not show the N/A image while it loads

All that said, some things are deliberately disabled in this
build for testing. We want to try and make sure that everything
is happy before adding these pieces back in. Specifically:

-Plugins are disabled in this build
-Systray mini-overlays are disabled
-Taskbar groupding number overlays are disabled

Yes, you can revert to a previous version.

If you auto-archived the old one, you can restore it from the menus (File->Restore Archive).

Otherwise, you can go back to the last non-beta version. You can do that by de-selecting "Show Pre-Release Versions" at the bottom of the screen in SDC, and then check for app updates again. The older version should show as an "update" now.

In either case, be sure to save your theme just in case something goes awry.

I still think it is unacceptable to let us hang here with no update for 13 days now. Sure, I didn't read the history first and I didn't backup, nevertheless I thought this state will remain for like 2 or 3 days. I must say, I am a little angry, as I use OD+ in a very productive manner now left useless to me since nearly 2 weeks.

c242....mission-critical computers should never be a testing ground for alpha or beta software.

If an earlier version has functionality since lost then it's wise to revert to that rather than still be waiting for another update which may or may not resolve the current issue you have...
