skin studio personalities!

Why is it on this skin i can't access the personalities section of skin studio??? somebody help me!!!

You can't post images from your hard drive. All we see is a square with a red X.

So, if you didn't mean to post the image..( you accidently clicked the button ), then how are we to know what skin you are referring to.

I tried placing my forehead against the monitor to get a mental image but that didn't work.
My hair stood up from the static electricity, the cat hissed and I think I may have pulled a muscle in my neck.
