Is there anyway of disabling the little picture on the start menu as it is something in my opinion that spoils great window blinds because they have no space allocated for them. Can they be disabled in anyway or not?

Now if you would also like to know how...

Open your Windowblinds configuration click on (user overrides). There is a check box 4th one down to turn off the user pic.
