How do I set up the SysMetrix Program?

Ok, I downloaded a WindowBlind and it also has a matching wallpaper and SysMetrix, and since the stuff looked pretty neat, I downloaded it. But...I can't figure out how to get the SysMetrix program running. Any help?

After you have installed SysMetrix....there should be a help file in the All Programs folder along with the shortcut to starting up SysMetrix. It's very detailed and should be able to help you out

http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/download.html download and install version 3.24

After you install 3.24, click on the downloaded skin and it will self-install

Well i downloaded the SysMetrix program but, when i click on the folder of the extracted files for the SysMetrix thingy i downloaded, it just opens it. I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong so please tell me what i should be doing.

Ok, I know have the SysMetrix program up and running, thanks to all that helped. Know, i want to get the rainlender set up too, so do i need to download a program, or what? (as you can tell im very new to this stuff.)
