DX Widget idea ...

I apologize in advance if I shouldn't post this here (I thought there used to be a DX object/widget idea thread, but I couldn't find it). Had an idea for what *I* (key word there) would be a cool widget. Here's the idea:
An interactive (w/ Wincustomize) widget/object that acts as a WB Randomizer. The key features I thought would be especially cool would be the following:
1. You can enter a list of skinners that you want to see skins from (i.e. Tiggz, essorant, MikeB314, etc.).
2. The widget would check for existence of a skin on my machine prior to downloading, if the skin already existed, it would just load it, but if not, it could possibly download a skin from the wincusto library.
3. I can enter a time, be it daily or weekly, when I want the skin switch to occur.
Unfortunately, I only have an idea and I don't even know if it's possible, nor if it's worthwhile. The other big problem, I sure as heck can't create it myself (typical eh?
) and was hoping this might fall into the watchful eye of Martin or Tiggz (2 of the best widget designers imo).
