Need Help: Recieving Parser Message

I created my own Logon, and when I go to Save and apply on the edit screen, the system goes to where the Logon screen is supposed to be, but a window pops up titled Parser Message and it says: 'Value Creation Failed " at line 378'.....does anyone have any feedback? or could it be attributed to the fact I don't have the files in use in the file that was created when I started the project?

I would get a similar error message when I replaced a 32bit bmp with a 24bit one, or vice versa, without making the relevant changes in the configuration file.
(A 32bit bmp has an alpha channel defining transparency)
