Windows Blinds for WinME....???

It says on the stardock site that i can get WindowsBlinds for ME, but can i still download desktop themes/skins from this site? Are there any drawbacks to this?

You can. However most of the new ones are designed for XP. You'll at least have transparent explorer backgrounds
