User Level question re: NEW site

OK- now that I've found the stats tab I still don't see what the user level is.
I see:
Rank: N/A
Access: (1)
But, no user level any one know where it is? What is "Access" for?

Now that I can view the stats tab I can't see the forums.... even if I log out!!
