Is Loyalty really there??

When I set my abilites before launching the game I used two of my points for loyalty. But when I looked at Domestic Policy/Stats, all my abilities are the except loyalty. It's set at the highest level 20% but no indication of it in the Stats menu. Do I still have it?? Why doesn't it show?

I don't think any of us players really knows that answer since it doesn't show up anywhere in the game. The only ones with the answer will be the developers.

Try asking some of the stardock employees in the GalCiv chatroom. You'll get your answer quicker. You can access the chatroom by mIRC or by SDC.
